Shipping policy

Processing Times:

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Orders placed before 12 pm are shipped the same business day, orders placed after 12 pm are shipped the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Orders (U.S ONLY)

Shipping times are estimates only and are calculated at checkout; shipping times are subject to change based on order details, weight and location. However, general shipping estimates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping : 2-3 business days

International Orders

We ship WORLDWIDE! As such, it is recommended you check the precise shipping times and costs associated with your location at checkout. However general shipping estimates for international orders are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-30 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-6 business days

In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Issa Miracle and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you, as we do not cover additional customs fee charges nor responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $35 USD and $50 USD for international orders. However, this is subject to change at any time. If you do not meet the order threshold, shipping rates will be charged and applied at checkout based on order details.

Guaranteed Delivery: No carriers guarantee a delivery date for standard shipments. Delivery dates are subject to change as carrier delays can occur without warning and in most cases, tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Information: To ensure your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information.

Tracking Information: To track your package, enter your tracking number that was given to you in your shipping confirmation email (or by order number and email address), on our tracking page to see real-time updates on your order.
