Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. We do not accept any returns after 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@issamiracle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages, Incorrect or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of damage (photos/video) will be required and verified.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We also do not accept returns for supplements and vitamin products. Please get in touch if you have return questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not do direct exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank/credit card company to process and post the refund back into your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@issamiracle.com.

Due to the nature of herbs and natural ingredients, it may take time for you to experience their full benefits. Please allow at least 30 days of usage before making your decision. One product can only be returned once per household. Reordering a product and then attempting to return it a second time, will not be honored. We only accept products that are 25% used or less, any amount higher than that will not be honoured and is subject to our discretion. This policy enables us to continue to offer our generous guarantee and prevent fraudulent returns. Offer valid on select products only. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
